The location of this ground floor flat was mind-blowing, with everything within walking distance. The apartment itself was super tidy and clean, perfect for a family of 4. The staff were excellent, keeping communication flowing and being incredibly helpful when needed. Highly recommended for a fantastic stay in this lovely town.

The accommodation at By The Sea - 1 Princess Green was perfect for our family of four. The double bed and comfortable sofa bed made for a cozy stay. With everything in walking distance, we didn't even need a car to explore the lovely town of Portrush. The property staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless stay, keeping communication flowing and providing assistance when needed. Highly recommended.

The lack of temperature control in the shower, along with an unpleasant smell from the waste pipes in the evening, were minor inconveniences during the stay.
